Always saying no save data

Hi, Im! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble saving your data. No worries, I'm happy to assist you with this today.

Have you checked if you still have enough space on your hard drive to save data?

Can you also please share what platform are you playing? Are you on PC? Or Xbox console?

If you are on console, try clearing your local saved game:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage

On the Manage storage devices screen select Clear local saved games

This will delete the games saved on your hard drive, but they will remain stored in the cloud if you are playing the games online.

You might also want to delete old games you no longer play if no cloud saved left base on what you mentioned above.

As long as you don't manually delete the save data yourself, it'll always be there. Even if your console dies, your save data will still be on the Cloud.

will i lose any of my installed games and saved data?

If you are always connected to the internet and xbox live, then your save data is all saved in the cloud.

I'm having the same error. it never syncs and it always says " We couldn't get your latest saved data". I've gone thru 3 Xbox ones to try and fix the problem. no fix

If your Xbox is always connected on internet , go ahead , no issue with your saves datas , all will be on cloud and restored as soon as you will play the game.

Now if not Always connect, just connect the console on internet and launch the game to sync all correct saves datas.
