    Hello, I would like to know some information that I have been looking for for 2 weeks.

    in 2020 with my battle.net account I bought cold war on and after 3 months I got permanently banned and after that I didn't touch a COD game again until black ops 6

    4 years later black ops 6 came out and I picked it up with the gamepass and I took the same activision account (I didn't remember that I was banned from cold war...)

    My question is: I have been playing since the release of Black Ops 6 with the same account that was banned from Cold War and why does it work? can someone explain to me?

These personnel do not have access to compliance details so in this case Only Activision support could clarify your doubt if your account was only suspended for a specific game, which seems to be the case or for everyone, for this you can open a ticket with this support from the link

    Microsoft Activision Ban Appeal Getting Changed?

    So after a lot of contacts with higher ups in Activision and Blizzard finally the first replies came from Activision and Blizzard on my COD:MW ban for no reason.

    Activision says we have no Ban on my game account and contact Blizzard for application unban.

    After checking your account using the information you provided, you don't have any active enforcement on Activision.
    For this one, you need to communicate with Blizzard support as to why there is a ban on your Battlenet account.

    If you still have another console such as PS or Xbox, you can try to log in to it.

    If you have other concerns aside from this, please let us know.

    For CoD bans you will need to contact Activision Support here: https://support.activision.com/ban-appeal

    Sadly we cannot review or remove CoD Account bans here at Blizzard Support.

    I know Activision have said it's a "Blizzard" ban but it's not, the ban is on the CoD Account here itself and is not the result of a payment or any other issue on our side, it's been placed by Activision/Developer.

    I was banned on MWIII on DEC 8 by Xbox Enforcement and activision took that decision because of xbox

    I was banned from cod activision while I was playing on MW3. I contacted activision support and they told me that xbox enforcement team are the ones that banned me. how can they banned me tho I play on pc not on xbox"used to" but not anymore
    Was your account banned from playing online for ALL games or just mw3?

    I ask because if the enforcement team were the ones to ban you it would be from everything. Not just mw3

    What kind of game is Microsoft playing?

    80 percent of the time the game kicks me or restarts. The other 20 percent freeze's mid game and restarts. The game on Xbox will not play so the content is unavailable to me. The dlc I bought with cod points which I bought from Microsoft store. I understand Xbox sold the cod points only but if the game won't play for me refund what I spent on cod points. I don't use warzone on any other console. They can even hit up Activision and ban the account if they think that or why not Xbox three-way with Activision and myself and fix the problem with me on the phone. That was not offered because they don't care.

    Chance of getting a refund when hacked then banned

    as it all stemmed from the activision account and it was activision that banned it then nothing microsoft can do, when playing the game you connect to activision servers.

    this has to be brought up with activision, as it is a game specific ban you can use the game on another account fine, but as you say your activision account was hijacked then it needs reporting to activision and it is for them to resolve it.
