Discus and support Xbox Edge Browser keeps tanking with memory issues in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; my browser on XSS has gone to i can barely use it everything glitches out, my save data on the Xbox app keeps going to 980mb for no reason if i delete...     Xbox Edge Browser keeps tanking with memory issues


    my browser on XSS has gone to i can barely use it everything glitches out, my save data on the Xbox app keeps going to 980mb for no reason if i delete the save data on the Xbox i see improvement even tho not perfect but the problem is the 980mb save data keeps coming back. Normally its less then 100mb on the save data. Also i have cleared all cookies and that stuff every options i have reset to fix.

    You are right, keeping multiple tabs open in the browser causes memory leaks, the fact is that you are using Microsoft Edge

    Does any of this work?

    Use any other browser except for chrome or safari

    Edge or Firefox works best for most websites and faster

    Fyi chrome is. A memory hog

    Microsoft Edge on Xbox is always low on Memory

    Edge on Xbox is not meant to be used as an every day web browser. It's mostly meant for accessing product information. It is sandboxed and has limited memory available to it, so you will continue to have these problems as these prevent malware.

    you need to use a computer or mobile device with an unrestricted browser

    Xcloud Halo Infinite Settings does not save

    it seems to only affect the Microsoft Edge Browser Xbox Cloud Gaming, when i use the PC Xbox App, it seems to save, but it keeps disconecting due to my internet, so i use the browser which for me is faster and doesnt lag as much as the app does, and this issue happens to every game on the web version of xcloud

    Good day Kathy,

    Other livestreams work fine. And as mentioned, on my laptop edge browser, f1tv streams live fine. It's just on te Xbox that livestreams for f1tv does not work. It just keeps loading. It's also not a network issue as i have a 30mbline and my laptop runs on it fine. There is also no pending update for edge.
