Minecraft PlayStation achievement cosmetics

I understand that Playstation has it's own achievement system to xbox and Microsoft but how come I can view my Sea of Thieves Playstation Achievements on my xbox account but not my Minecraft Playstation achievements?

I want cool stuff locked behind achievements but all I see online is "Playstation has it's own achievements" but that argument should be invalid since I can see both my Sea of Thieves achievements on PS and Xbox
