Error 80072741 Xbox 360 Can’t Download Profile

I recently tried to login to my Xbox 360 account and kept getting the 80072741 error code whenever it would try to load the password screen to login in. After numerous attempts, clearing the cache, deleting my profile on the 360, checking the account to see if everything was ok(current account working on Xbox Series S, no 2 step auth or 16 long password issues)… nothing worked. Now I can’t even redownload my profile(same issue, after putting in my email, the password screen doesn’t load at all, then a minute later the same 80072741 error code). Not sure if this is a network issue or something else. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
