    Why does my old gamertag still show in games and why can’t I play any xbox360 titles?


    I changed my gamertag awhile ago but it only stayed a few weeks before it started using my old gamertag on all the games I play. On my profile the new gamertag is at the top and my old one is right under it. I also can’t play any 360 games as it says my profile wasn’t completely downloaded. I think they are related, anyone have any ideas?

    What's weird is that Exodus doesn't show up in the "All owned games" list. Only 2033 Redux and Last Light Redux. I can't really figure out why that is considering that I've completed it before on my old console under the same gamertag, and the achievements still show up for it. Any idea why that would be?

    Why has my gamer tag not changed on xbox1

    Under settings, then account , all options that show something with a name show my old gamer tag, I could not find any account option under the settings, and then system option but when I play a game then it shows my new gamer tag, iv only just finished downloading a game to play, I don't understand why I still have to see my old gamer tag on everything else though
