Fallout 76 not opening. Reinstalled it . Same thing happened again 3 time now what to do?

So I at one brought had all fallout 3 dlc now I only can install one. I don’t know what happen but I do not want to spend money on them again if it going to happen again

That may be normal, with some updates if it involves multiple aspects of the game it will reinstall the complete game. For example, if the story has multiple updates throughout it is easier to just reinstall it with updated version than enter all the updates.
Personally had this happen with fallout 76 instead of installing the update it installed the complete game again. Happened two times with the update for fallout.

I bought a code for Fallout 76 on Instant-Gaming and when I enter the code that it gave me it actuaaly gave Fallout 3, and not Fallout 76. Is there anyway to verified what a code give us somewhere ? And did that happen to anybody and it got resolved

since that you buyed a digital code from a third party seller, you should ask them to check and solve the issue. If the code refers to Fallout 3, they give you a Fallout 3 key
