Minecraft Dungeons on playstation. Crossplay account already linked.

Are you using the same Microsoft account and the same PSN account?

Please note that you can only link one PSN account to one Minecraft account, if you disconnect it, you won't be able to link another PSN account to it.

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account.

Try to sign-in with any Microsoft Accont you have used in the past, if it still does not work, you can try to reach out to support.

I kindly ask you to speak with Minecraft Support.

This Microsoft account has already been linked to a different account for Playstation Network

You can attempt to sign in again anytime from settings>game>cross-platform play"

Although I'm using the same psn account I linked my Microsoft account on and I have the same account linked to normal Minecraft but Minecraft Dungeons doesn't login

crossplay is not currently available though it is hinted at with Minecraft dungeon realms that it is a future possibility

Can I please link a different Microsoft account for playstation. I forgot the other login. All I want is to play crossplay for mc dungeons. Please assist

The short answer is no.

The long answer is:

LINKING A MICROSOFT ACCOUNT TO A PLAYSTATION® ACCOUNT

Note: Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account. 

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation® accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.

Based on the link below, you can only get Minecraft Dungeons on Xbox, Playstation 4, Steam, Nintendo Switch. There's no Mac.
