Minecraft has disappeared, help!

The licensed Minecraft has disappeared. Yesterday I played official Minecraft, but today it’s like I didn’t buy it at all, please help me restore my purchase

You can try a few troubleshooting steps that have worked for some players.

Please, reset the store and try installing the game again.

To Reset the Store, Press the Windows Key + R > Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Then, on the Microsoft Store, type your game name: "Minecraft".

Close the store and reopen it.

Load the game page and click on "Install".

If it still does work, please, look for the purchase in your Transaction History.

Then, copy the order number and contact Xbox Support.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

Normally, when a refund has been processed, the product that has been refunded would disappear, or if it's an in-game currency the items purchased with said currency might disappear. It should automatically disappear once the game has detected that the product has been refunded.

Can you please provide more information about your concern? Are you using a PC or a console? Have you checked your Order History to see if you were able to successfully redeem the game? Please check if the purchase is for a PC or console.

Here are the steps on how to check your order history:

On console

1. To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.
3. Select Order history to view your purchases.

On the web

1. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com.
2. Select Payment & billing > Order history.

You can use the filters to specific billing periods or to review In progress, Returned/Refunded, Digital, or Physical orders that were bought with this Microsoft account.
