    Can anyone help me with xbox live account sign in problem?


    every time I try to sign in to the Xbox Live website to play FH4 and have online features, I have this message "Hang on a moment while we sign you out.", I need to access Xbox One/Windows 10 privacy settings to solve FH4 problem, BUT I CAN'T, Please help me......I have had this problem since August 2023, I need help.

    I tried many solutions, including different browsers, computers, regions, etc.

    But nothing is working.

    I Will have a 1st anniversary for this problem, Like Microsoft can't you help your loyal gamers?!

    I don't want to buy FH5 and have the same problems!!!

    Ok, so everytime I try to login to my xbox account a screen pops up saying “There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser.” and this ‘problem’ is one that I cannot
    find, if anyone can help me with this please tell me.

    Microsoft Mahjong and Jigsaw log into generic account, but Microsoft Solitaire logs into Xbox account fine

    Not sure if it helps but... I notice when I sign into the Xbox app on Windows 10 it always logs me in first with the generic account. After logging in it gives me the option to sign in on a different account, which I do and sign into the Xbox Live account.
    Is it a problem that it doesn't even give me the option to log into the Xbox Live account first?
