Rainbow 6 siege won’t launch

Whenever I try to launch rainbow 6 siege on my Xbox one s it starts, then kicks me back to the Xbox Home Screen and gives me a message saying “The person who bought this needs to sign in”. I have tried launching this game using different accounts and this message has appeared every time. I’m confused because I have played this game using these same accounts in the past. Also I have the game on a disk, so clearly I am the person who bought it.

If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

- Do you own this game digitally?

- To clarify, is this error message coming even while your R6 Siege disc is inside the console? If that's the case, your console may not be detecting the disc's license.

If you don't own this game digitally, and you were previously able to launch this game without using its disc, you may have been subscribed to Game Pass for Console, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, or Ubisoft +.
