My minecraft launcher wont let me change emails/accounts

I recently got a new minecraft account because my old one was hacked. i do not want help with the recovery of my old account but i do want help on how to switch emails in the launcher.

As i open the minecraft launcher it opens along with Xbox, Windows security and microsoft after windows security goes away (because i entered my windows pin). At the top of the Windows security and Microsoft it still has my old email of the account that was hacked and is unchangable. i do not know the password to the old account however i have access to the email so i sent a security code to the email and it worked but immidiatly popped up with error code:0x80048820.

If there is anything you guys can do to help me, i am writing this on my new account (if that helps).

I understand that you are having issues switching Minecraft accounts.

I noticed that you are still logged in to your old account, which may be the source of the problem, to verify this I suggest you try creating a new local administrator account first and then try logging in to your new Minecraft account using the Minecraft launcher to see if the process goes smoothly.

Regarding how to create a local administrator account：

Press Win + S to search for CMD, right-click, run as administrator, and paste in the following two lines of command to create a new administrator local account:

net user test /add (test is the name of the new account, and the name can be changed as needed)

net localgroup administrators test /add (add administrator privileges to this account)

Press Win and click on your account and click Switch Accounts to use this account.

See if you get the same problem with the new account.

I never bought Minecraft using Microsoft, only through Mojang. and it wont let me install the launcher

I am using the following website: https://hypixel.paniek.de/player/6538db5abf3a47a79f2f86b3057b350d/status to see that they are using my minecraft account to access the hypixel server. Furthermore, on my own side with my device, changing username, gamertag, password or using the force all sign out on microsoft security settings has not made my own minecraft launcher force me to sign in again, it simply uses the fact that its been logged in before and still lets me just press play and access any servers without a need to re-enter details. This seems like a vital security issue as a change in password should cause all minecraft launchers to sign out. Since then, I have also tried it on my friend's PC, where upon changing the password, it still allowed me to access my minecraft account from his launcher without needing to re-enter details there as well. For some reason the basic minecraft launcher does not require a re-entry of login details upon account password change.
