I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Minecraft multiplayer.

I just want to confirm that you were able to access the Xbox privacy settings and manage the options but when you tried to submit to save the changes, you received an error message, is that correct?

Kindly try to perform the following workarounds:

- Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.
- Changing browsers.
- Disabling extensions / going incognito or in-private browsing.
- Disconnect from the VPN or Proxy server.
- Use different devices and network services.

Then please perform the following workarounds just in case this would work according to the official Xbox website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...ttings by selecting View details & customize.

"Sign in to Xbox.com.

Select your Gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).

Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & Online Safety.

Select the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.

Review the current settings and update all of the options as "Block", and then select Submit to save the changes.

Note: You must select Submit at the bottom of the page before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't submit the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved."

Then sign back in and update all of the options as "Allow" and "Everyone", and then select Submit to save the changes.

Wait up to 24 hours to make sure the changes will be applied.

After signing out, sign in back into the Microsoft Store and Minecraft launcher, then check if you will be able to access the Minecraft multiplayer feature.

I’ve constantly been trying to change my gamerpic but it simply wont let me. I have downloaded the picture i want to use but every time i press upload it says, “Something went wrong while uploading the image. Try again later.” I tried changing my
gamerpic on console and on the xbox app but both platforms keep saying that something went wrong and to try again later. Im really confused on why it is always saying this because I have an adult account and the image corresponds with Xbox Codes of Conduct.
Please help me to resolve this so that i can use custom images for my profile.

When I try to press the Xbox Profile setting in other to change my profile of Xbox live and Privacy setting but instead of getting to that page I got into https://beta.support.xbox.com this page like every setting just led me to this page except *My
Microsoft account* which still work for me but I can't change anything if I don't reach the Profile page on Xbox live so please help me!

I'm trying to reach the page on PC and I don't have an Xbox console. I'm not that good at English but at least I did try and I hope you understand what I said.

Anyway, after latest update my Xbox does not shut off at the grotto wind tunnel anymore.

Fixed? I don't know, but have successfully played for a while and no shut off.

Hope you guys have same experience.
