How do i find out what got me banned on my account

I am sorry you are having issues with the banning system on Xbox.

I have heard stories of people being banned from being reported again for the things they said before. This is likely what happened.

You can find all your bans and their reasons here: [support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history]. You can also appeal most bans here also. It is up to the enforcement team whether they validate the appeal. Just explain to them what you explained to me. =D

The forum staff, Ambassador team abd Xbox Support are unable to assist you with Enforcement action on your account. The only way to obtain more information is the case review. It is the only way to communicate with the Enforcement team. The only way to receive
a suspension is by violating the
Code of Conduct. I suggest reviewing the code to ensure it doesn't happen again.

if it's a communication ban, it's because of something you said or wrote. maybe someone of them reported you.

You will not know exactly what message, as it could lead to retaliation. It can also be from a while back.
