Minecoins redeemed in wrong account (moms account ), how to send it to the correct account...

I would suggest you reach out to the Game's Developer and or Support Team, if they were redeemed though a Code via the Xbox Store, you may need to consult Xbox Support for assistance with a Redeeming / Purchase Issue.

as Nobody within the forums has any of the internal tools for this.

Unfortunately, nothing can be transferred between accounts. And usually vendors do not refund gift cards once they are redeemed - so do Xbox. Sorry about this.

The only way to prevent this is to make sure you are signed in with the same account that will receive the code and double check when redeeming the code.
