    Have checked all 4 accounts in the household under purchases. Nothing. Yet she had it installed and has achievements. i played it for a few minutes. I dont know if we pre ordered it or bought it the day of release. She played with her friend for weeks on end. It was still installed on my xbox and when she purchased the dlc and installed it she then had to update elden ring. Then it told her she didnt own it. So we loaded my account, because with games we play together we could purchase it on either account. Nothing, nothing in purchase history either. There seems to be a couple of games missing. but this is the one we are dealing with. Anyone have any ideas? We are stumped.

    The issue here is not being able to find the order in the account's transaction history.

    Have you checked it on the website?

    It's also a good idea to search for the confirmation e-mail in your Inboxes.

    Another option is trying to sign in on the website and remotely install the game.

    I am having the same issue.. I specifically paid for the digital deluxe so that my son could play it on his Xbox one x when it came out.. now it says I only own the base version of the game yet my Xbox purchase history shows the digital deluxe with both copies included..

    I appreciate it. Please test it first if the Hogwarts still gets uninstalled when you insert the Elden Ring game. If it's not doing it anymore, it must be fixed.

    when it first came out, give us our digital download at a reasonable price is all I'm asking here. If the gentleman at GS is correct and there will be no digital version, I will certainly think twice before stepping to the plate for the right to own it first
    and have to buy it again.

    This is not a rant X-Box / Microsoft. I (We) would like to hear how you view this, good customer service to loyal customers???
