Lost the email for my gamertag

Due to privacy and security reasons, Xbox/Microsoft Support can't tell you which email address you used to create your account, even if you know your Gamertag.

• To clarify, have you already tried the methods mentioned in the following Xbox Support page?

In addition to what's mentioned in the previous support article, it would be good to check any browser and device you might've used to sign in to this account, you may still be signed in somewhere. Devices and browsers often have built-in password/login managers, so I'd suggest checking those as well.

The problem is: I lost my information and I would like to have linked with my email (and also the gamertag)

my current gamertag is 2 years old, which is when i bought the xbox one ... i bought my 360 in 2011, but i lost my old gamertag email.

Having the same problem here! my Gamertag is associated with a different email (one I lost access to years ago) than my tablet which now created it's own gamertag.

What you need to do is try to remember the email and try to remember any security questions or back up emails that are connected and you can get in that way. If not that is unfortunate as you will most likely have to contact support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX
and ask them for assistance, be prepared to give them any names, adresses, phone numbers, etc. To prove that it's really you. Good luck on your endeavuers.
