    Hi,

    I recently tried to log into microsoft and it said I had no account so I made a new one with the same email that my account is made with. Luckily my old account still exists but now whenever i try to log into xbox or minecraft it gives me the new account not the old one. I have tried deleting the new account but whenever I click account info it sends me to my old account page.

    I do agree with WPAK, and after further consultation and research we recommend that you speak with our live support. Due to the complexity of the issue, it’s best to work with them as they have the necessary tools to further diagnose the issue and provide you with a timely resolution.
