    Preordered game not given to me after release?


    I preordered the Elden Ring DLC yesterday (before it released) and I still haven’t gotten it. Towards the end of the payment process it mentioned an error and I haven’t been charged yet, however my order history shows the preorder as pending. How can I get my game? I have the option to cancel it and just buy the DLC now but I want the preorder bonus and I dont want an error that charges me twice. I paid with a gift card and a credit card btw.

    I tried several times. Live agents are always unable to connect and the virtual assistant/help tickets are all giving the same information that doesn’t really apply.

    UPDATE: An error occurred during the transaction and the order didn’t go through. I was told to cancel the order and just buy the game but now I’m missing out on the bonus content from the preorder 🤦‍♂️

    Have all of the games been released? Credits for that offer will be given after all the games you preordered have been released.

    I used https://rewards.xbox.com/gamesondemand/ but didnt get rewards

    Keep in mind you need to preorder 3 games for that offer. The credits will be given after all 3 games have been released.
