Recover a hotmail account without the recovery form

Hello, my name is Emanuel, I've created a hotmail account for my xbox 360, that acount was invade and now the phone number is not mine and no matter how many times I fill out the form with most of the information I know, I keep getting the email that says:

If you use Outlook, you will be asked to list recently used email addresses and the subject lines from recent emails. Ask for help from contacts to confirm their email addresses and tell you the subject lines of the last three emails they sent you.

Hello Crylad, I'm sorry about what happened to your account that had Minecraft, however the account that you had Minecraft was also an account with a "domain" Microsoft like @outlook or @hotmail, yes I know, you should try to recover your account through the form account recovery below.

You can try to contact Mojang support to see if they can transfer your game license to another Microsoft account. If you have proof of purchase, they might do it.

If you try to recover the deleted hotmail account using the Microsoft recovery form, does it also show you that the account does not exists?
