I did appeal through the Xbox enforcement link and it was denied. They did not give me any additional information into my suspension or why the appeal was denied.

I’m at a loss for words. I am now paying for Xbox services that I cannot use, and I have nobody to contact to find out more information.

From a customer standpoint, this is simply unacceptable and bordering on theft and fraud.

I am sorry you are having issues with the banning system on Xbox.

Unfortunately, they can give you a ban without telling you. Usually though, this comes from an error. You should try to wait a while before checking again as it can take some time to update. You could also try to access the site from another web browser or device. [support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history]. You can also appeal all non-permanent bans here also. It is up to the enforcement team whether they validate the appeal. Just explain to them what you explained to me. =D

They don't detail why you are suspended. They also don't have any contact information. They are suppose to have a review button but it only shows after you've been suspended for 24 hours. I think they suspend players during times when they need more
space (during the holidays). They suspended my son for 24 hours for language. I monitor his playing and he can't communicate on his device. The Xbox and all other devices were not available during the time and date of the infraction. I contacted 5 different
customer support people and they couldn't give me any contact information for Enforcement. I cancelled my Xbox live subscription. That is no way to treat their customers.

But I do agree you should serve time being suspended as you would cause your team to loose a player its understandably if you have to leave but if you are a constant repeat Offender you should server a suspension time

the service is temporarily suspended so as not to saturate the servers due to the increase in players, it will be available again in a few days
