    My Xbox Tenure is wrong and I’m wondering if I can fix it


    I’ve been subscribed with Xbox Live Gold since July of 2015, but my Tenure only says I’ve only had 5 years worth of gaming. I’ve had an ongoing subscription for the past 8-9 years now. How can I fix that?

    Congrats on getting your tenure fixed. Can I ask what they did for you when it was resolved? Were you contacted by support? Did you re-download your profile? Or you just signed in and noticed it was back? My issue is similar to yours, tenure is reduced,
    and I posted a thread and support confirmed I should see a 8 for tenure. It's been a few days since I've heard anything so I'm wondering how your situation was fixed. Thanks.
