Why do I keep getting falsely striked.

For complete information about the reason why your account got the suspended, kindly check your email. All the details about your strikes should be included in that email. You should see a large, yellow hammer icon if the account has been banned. Clicking on that hammer will give you all the available options to resolve your situation.

I've already sent an appeal for both false reports i have and they said they would get back to me but my new question is if I appeal will the strike be removed? Because long story short i was false reported and it counted tor 6 strikes 2 more of them and I am permanently banned, if my appeal is accepted are the 6 strikes lifted and also do strikes rest yearly or something? And if I reach maximum strikes do they reset? I hope i don't get to that point but because of the false report it might happen

Please! Take a closer look at what happens before you ban people

I'm sorry but why exactly is it only post 15th you keep your stuff. Why not allow all of the accounts to get back but at 7 strikes. I understand this is off topic I just find it odd on Microsoft's end.
