    Hi so my main question today is about the 360 dating back to like 11 years now, back in the day when black ops 2 was still relavant and had alot of players i had migrated over from ps3, so naturally i was already kinda good at the game. but i think back then my console had been console banned therefore meaning that i had sold the console after. however i just found my old login info to check my old account just for like memories and stuff but its like my account never existed. if you can help me it would mean the world

    When you went through the steps to retrieve your account, what site were you using? One for o2 or the one from

    Microsoft    ?

    And do you still have access to that account on an Xbox 360, if so it should show the email that's associated with that account.

    To clarify, was the last time you logged in 11 years ago? I'm asking because, according to the Microsoft Services Agreement, accounts are automatically closed if they remain inactive for 2 years.

    I'm afraid this would explain why your account is coming up as if it never existed.
