    I used a code to redeem a gamepass key and when i select the microsoft account to login to the xbox app, i see this error. Tried resetting the xbox app as well as the microsoft store and still cant get this thing to work.

    I am on the latest windows 11 update.

    A. Run the Gaming Services repair tool and verify if you're able to use the Xbox app after that.

    B. Perform a clean boot in your PC, once restarted, try again.

    C. Right-click on the Windows button and select PowerShell (run as an administrator).
    Then, run the following command: (You may want to copy and paste the entire command)

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}.

    This command can take a while to end, but when the process ends, you should be able to type in the PowerShell window.
    After that, please restart your computer and try again.

    D. Create a new local user on your PC. Then verify if the app works on the new user.
