    So every time I go to switch to my account on my xbox console to mine, the sign in for that asked me to re-sign in for security purposes. In which, this has never happened before. Recently, I had to change my microsoft account information because the email and phone number I initially signed up with I no longer have access to. That being said my information has been updated, and I still have access to my account. When I go open applications, specifically fortnite, or just any other game it says “AN UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURED WHILE SIGNING YOU IN TO YOUR XBOX ACCOUNT FOR XBOX LIVE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.” So when I go to retry later, it says the same thing but it will also notify me theres an error signing me in and that my network has an issue. I’ve done all the troubleshooting methods Xbox has accesible online, I’ve tried the virtual assistant, but it’s an instant roadblock as it’s even unable to assist me. I can log in to xbox live on my phone and play games from there, and im even able to access fornite from my laptop, so I have no Idea whats wrong.

    Are you currently able to sign into your account at Xbox.com ? If so, then we'd recommend reinstalling the Xbox App and Minecraft Pocket Edition for your mobile device. After you reinstall the app and this game, do you encounter this same error message?

    May I know exactly where your console is stuck at at the moment? What do you see exactly on the screen, is there any error message or error code?

    You're welcome and thank you for letting me know. Have you already tried to reset your console keeping your games and apps? If not yet, don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.
