    Yes I used to have a call of duty advanced warfare game digital downloaded game but for some reason it's gone missing if I look to redownload it it needs to be bought again. What happened???

    If you don't mind, could you check if this game is showing on your account's order history? As a rule of thumb, all games purchased through the Microsoft Store, redeemed with a code, or claimed from a console bundle, should be displayed there.

    You can use this link to get there: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Please make sure to select "Digital" and "All available" from the two drop-down menus at the top section of your order history.

    There are two versions of Advanced Warfare. Xbox One and Xbox 360, make sure you are looking at the correct version on the store. You might have been looking at the wrong version, hence why it's showing as having to purchase it again.

    If you are referring to the tiles on the right hand side of the screen, they are known as "Live" tiles. You do not have control over them Microsoft does. As long as you are connected to Xbox live the tiles should be there. If they're not there make sure
    you are connected to Xbox Live.

    To start out, can you remove your Xbox Live account from your Xbox Live, followed by a full power cycle (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds). Once you start your Xbox One back up, add your profile back and check your Xbox Live Gold status.
