the problem is my twitch account (wrong birthday when sign up on pc)

and the app wont let me sign out/unlink or switch to a new account.... soy i close my twitch account and sign up a new one , after that it said cannot to twitch servers....

I have the same problem like jackmehegan but I created a new account with a new microsoft ID but everytime I try to login it says that the email or password isnt the right one for this account but I can sign in on xbox.com with the same dates. Can anyone
please help me?

My brother in law was having the same issue he signed in on my xbox one no problem tried to sign in on my buddies on the same network and it would say must sign in as a parent first then he just got an Xbox one for Christmas try to do it at his house did
the same thing so I signed in as my account and I acted as his parent but it ended up giving him a completely new gamertag new name yeah it's not the account that was associated with that email its weird if anybody gets a answer for this please post it here

Try adding a new profile by following the instructions below, then enter the new email and PW and see if that works.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I have tried this along with signing in and out many times and checking it on xbox.com. I have also tried signing in with another account and it does the same thing, so I am assuming it is a problem with my xbox rather than
my account.
