Minecraft bedrock edition will not let me sign in.

Hello! As the title states, Minecraft Bedrock Edition will not let me sign in. I am signed into the launcher, my date and time/location settings are correct, I can sign into everything else with microsoft, but not Minecraft. I've restarted my computer multiple times, uninstalled and re-installed the launcher and bedrock edition multiple times, and used the Xbox game repair tool, to no avail. I can sign in on my phone, but not my computer. I keep getting error code "0x80070002" every time I sign in.

I understand that you are having problems logging into Xbox Live.

I have the following options for you to try in regards to fixing Xbox Live:

Reset your Xbox Live, press Win + I to open Settings, select “Apps”, select “Installed Apps”, search for “Xbox Live” in the search bar. Search for “Xbox Live” in the search bar, click the three dots on the right to expand, select “Advanced Options”, scroll down to the Reset bar and click “Reset”.

Make sure the Xbox Live service is enabled.

Press Win + R and type in “services.msc” and press Enter to open the local services, find the following three services ：

Right click on Properties and click Start to start them, then set Startup to “Automatic” and click OK.

This problem may also be caused by your account file error, I recommend you to create a new local user to try to solve this problem, about the creation of a new local account of the detailed steps, you can occasion to refer to the official website link:

I would assume you are trying to download on a windows pc.

You will have to install the minecraft launcher first.

To play Minecraft: Java Edition, download and install the correct launcher for your operating system. Sign into the Launcher using your Microsoft account, and you will be able to run Java Edition.

To play Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, you will need a device running Windows 10 or 11 to download and install the newest version of the Launcher, within which you can launch and play Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Sign into the Launcher using your Microsoft account, and you will be able to run Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.
