Can I use my old call of duty data from PC on my new xbox

Therefore, if your Xbox console is linked to the same Activision account you used when playing the game on PC, it should reflect without any issues.

Can I play the games (Call of Duty Cold War and Call of Duty Modern Warfare) on my Windows PC?

I'm considering to buy a new Xbox slim since my old Xbox is starting to get hick ups.

I have a data transfer cable that came with when I purchased a new 120GB Harddisk which I used to copy content from my 60GB HDD. Can I use this to copy data to a new xbox with internal disk?

It says in the manual to the transfer cable to only use it once, but that might be to only try to copy once from the old 60GB to the new 120Gb disk?

Could use some hints to get this right, don't want to lose all my saved games, and content if I buy a new xbox.
