Is there a way to get a lost account back? (Minecraft account issues)

So a few days ago I saw that the 15 year anniversary Minecraft cape was available, so when I tried to redeem it I realized that the account I wanted to redeem the cape to was not an account I remember the details of, all I remember was the username as it is visible to anyone, I’ve tried ways to get the account back but they all require some email address, due to the circumstances I am in I cannot access any information on the account.

Sadly i am still having the same issue, the phone number used was an old number and i cant use it due to me having changed that previous number

If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

Hello, Jesse! The time i tried to get my account back I actually contacted minecraft, but they told me that its a Microsoft minecraft account and they cannot help me.
