    Hi i have an xbox 360 and i wanted to get into xbox live whenever i try to sign up it tells me that there's a problem with the credentials or it tells me that my account is used to other xbox live (i neve signed up before) and there are some options in the settings that i can't access to like profile or account or privacy so what am i supposed to do i spend hours on trying to figure it out and it was useless

    Im going to have to call them in that case, because if i decide to turn auto renewal off, it asks me to get my parents email and pass, but i cant get them. So im screwed.

    Sounds like hardware issue to me. Best to contact Microsoft for replacing your console. And also if you have warranty through the store you but it at you can go through that route for faster replacement.
