    Minecraft skins not showing up in bedrock on multiplayer


    My kids and myself play on a Minecraft multiplayer. I'm using a notebook PC various versions doesn't matter, bedrock minecraft, kids are using latest version of iPads. My kids when joining my multiplayer game, their skins are not showing up. Now, before anyone suggests going to the profile tab, there is no profile tab. The ability to import skins, is grayed out. They can see their skins on their profiles, but it does not display in game as they show up as the base characters only. I have purchased full versions of the game on all hardware PC and iPads. We have tried restarting the game, logging out and logging back in, messing with some settings, and still nothing fixes the skin issues.

    Some content according to Mojang is not available in the bedrock version.

    Clean the MAC from your console and then click the menu button on the game icon and go to manage games and add-ons and see if you find something available to be installed and then look in the game marketplace.

    Clean your console's MAC

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

    Yes when I try to change my skin in Minecraft Java my skin is stuck on the Alex skin but the same skin works for the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft . And I have tried using another skin but that too did not work .
