I gifted my friend something today and her didn't receive it what do I do

If you have sent a gift to someone through the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store, please note that it may take up to 24 hours for them to receive it. I recommend waiting for this period before taking any action.

In case your friend still hasn't received the gift after 24 hours, you can check your purchase history by using the following link:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

From there, you can find the gift code and manually send it to your friend so they can redeem it.

Please can you tell me when you gifted the game to your friend?

Sometimes these can take up to 24 hours. If the game hasn't been gifted, please go to your orders page here: Microsoft account | Order history

Once you have signed into your account, please look for the game you have bought, and you should see an option to view gift code. You can copy the gift code and send it to your friend.
