For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

Please be informed that our account information are safe within Microsoft. They do not even have access to our private information. With regards to hacking, that would be up to the account owner what actions they're going to pursue.

On your second question, it's not really hacking but DDoS attack. It's a type of attack to your network. You can learn more about that here https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/....

On your last question, I don't think they can actually hack into your Xbox console system. Most of the time, it's only their accounts that were hacked.
