I bought a game on my xbox with my bank card now the game went off twice my account and...

The money went through in my bank account and isn’t showing up on Xbox that I bought the game and the funny thing is I bought it twice

im done with xbox, i had less than 10 dollars left in my bank account (debit card) so i went out and bought a 3 month card and turned off auto renewal because it wouldnt let me remove my card from my account. but it still ended up taking money from my account
without even giving me another month. now im 14 and i owe 40 dollars and every week its gonna increase by 10 dollars. does anyone know how to take a card off. im just about to sell my xbox.

No, didnt use any balance thing. Bought it straight off my bank account.

Bought it around the 14th feb. It went off my bank account on the 22nd. And on the 22nd i requested a refund. And on the 22nd i received an email stating refund approved. And my game showed i no longer possessed the expansion. The preorder ended on the 28th.

well the american express card i used was prepaid and i checked my card balance online and the balance was lower than it should have been if i had bought the game once. To make sure i looked on my recent purchases on my xbox account and it did say i bought
the same game 4 times twice for $15.92 and twice for $5.30.

Same happened to me. Spent £85 on my card and bought Gold pack and Premium Gold Pack. Xbox suspended my account and card cancelled. They need to step up security. At least on the PS3 it was only the network that went down and not my bank balance.
