My Minecraft game says I don’t own it after buying game pass any fix?

• If you don't mind, could you check if the purchase of this game is showing as "Completed" on your account's order history? As a rule of thumb, all games purchased through the Microsoft Store, redeemed with a code, or claimed from a console bundle, should be displayed there.

You can use this link to get there: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Please make sure to select "Digital" and "All available" from the two drop-down menus at the top section of your order history.

• May I ask exactly what happens when you try to launch Minecraft? Are you receiving an error message letting you know the person who purchased the game needs to sign in?

• If possible, could you briefly summarize the troubleshooting you've done so far?

It says it’s for game pass but I didn’t buy game pass I only used the free trial. And I don’t have any game pass games on my pc currently.

Asking for game codes etc is not allowed on the forums.

Where did you buy it and which version? Keep in mind that there are versions of the game for the Xbox and for Windows they won't work on other devices.

You can redownload the game via your purchase history. On your Xbox One you can

1. To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Go to Settings > Xbox Assist > Help.
3. Select Purchases & downloads > Purchases > How to get purchase history.
4. Select Order history to view your purchases.

Now if purchase the game more than 3 months ago you can see your purchase history via the internet here

1. Sign in to the Payment & billing page with your Microsoft account.
   
   Note If you don't know your Microsoft account email address or password, use the Lost Account Solution or the Lost
   Password Solution.
