I was wrongfully banned and want my account back (or a refund)

Yesterday, I was unexpectedly banned without any prior warning. I immediately sent an appeal, seeking clarification on what I supposedly did wrong. Today, I received an email listing numerous violations I would never even consider committing. After reviewing similar cases, it seems everyone gets the same generic response directing them to an enforcement page, which is entirely unhelpful.

I have invested significant time and money into this account, and being banned without just cause is incredibly frustrating. I expected better from such a reputable company; this situation feels extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I request either the reinstatement of my account or a full refund. How can I resolve this issue?

if you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then there's nothing else that can be done.

No one here or at support can do anything about enforcement actions.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to when starting your account you forfeit all digital content,subscriptions etc. if your account is banned so would not be eligible for any refunds.

i soke to people in cooustmer service and they said they left notes on my account and how I was wrongfully banned

These refunds may count as market place theft meaning my account could be banned. All I want is to give them the money back so my account doesn't get banned.

This is a different account? My OTHER one was banned are you seriously that dumb you can't read? No one knows why they are banned, there has been cases of 1000's of people who have been banned and they were playing GTA as their last game, someone has ***
up somewhere, and I have been banned wrongfully! and the achievements have been like this for sooo long, I dont care about this account its my other one which has been banned wrongfully.
