    Why will the password reset form not work for me? I have filled it out with the exact same information 7 days ago and now it won’t accept it. No one will help me fill it out over the phone, I have offered to give the personal information to prove it’s me. I am not waiting until the end of June to access an account I pay for, you would think my credit card info would be sufficient

    HOW TO DELETE ACCOUNT?

    this is why you have to keep your contact info upto date

    you will have to work with the windows live team at windowslivehelp.com to reset the password

    or by clicking i forgot my password and customer service then fill out the form

    I would suggest trying to fill out the reset form at account.live.com, clicking I forgot my password and putting in the parent email address as it shows on the xbox if that doesn't work. I would try filling out the form at account.live.com/acsr.

    Hi, did you manage to sort this?

    I have the exact same problem whereas the hacker just resets the password within 30 days and I have to fill in the form and wait another 30 days to change my security info to regain control, really frustrating

    Parental Account Locked Out - Asking for Help - AGAIN!!

    This is the same form I've filled out four times. The response I got was to go to the reset password link which doesn;t work because the email address is invalid. I will fill the form out again in the event that the solution takes five times to complete.


    Thanks for the help guys. It's frustrating that my CC gets billed no problem, but if I have an issue I keep getting sent in circles.
