Can you see parent email?

Please note that only the adult account or organizer has the ability to remove child accounts or members of the family. Please go to https://family.microsoft.com/ website using your account and check who's account is the organizer of the group you're in.

Hey Carl. There is no way to see such a "list". Have you checked your other email accounts so see if you can find any reference to your parent email?

It shows you the parental email address on the console as part of the ToU acceptance process - you CAN see the info.

two things could be causing the problem

when asked to accept the terms and conditions, is it bringing up a parental email address?

if so try and see can you get the parent to sign in at login.live.com,as it may be an issue with the email

also if its just asking you to sign in using your email account, again use the link above to see can you sign in using your email address

also you could try signing into xbox.com but try using a different browser to accept the terms and conditions
