    Can you fix error code 0x80a4001a by getting a new email because my email I'm using is split into two accounts and it chooses always the wrong one and I don't want to loose everything by removing the account and then add it again and my other account takes over and I can't use my main account I need help please please I don't want to lose my account

    Thanks for coming to the forums. The error you are posting is for
    installation stopped    . Are you trying to install a game currently? Also Make sure you are connected to the internet go to network settings and run the network and multiplayer tests. If you get any errors during this please post them here. Also try a

    power cycle     on the console then try signing in.

    For the error 0x80a4001a you can use the
    steps provided for the error    .
