    When I open xbox app on windows 10, it says I must update app. When I click on update it says must update in store. If I click on that I go to an endless loop and can't go to the store to update. How can I get this fixed?

    You shouldn't need to click the connect button on the controller, just plugging it in via USB should be enough to recognize it by the computer and be able to update through the Accessories app.
