To submit an enforcement appeal:

• Sign in and visit the Enforcement page.

• If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Showing enforcements for. Under Previous or Current you will find “Completed suspensions” and “Active suspensions” for your account or the account that you’ve selected.

• Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

• If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

• After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

Important: Xbox won’t tolerate abusive behavior. When you submit an appeal or reply to an agent’s request for additional info, don’t abuse or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise provocative content. Case review inquiries are subject to the guidelines that are outlined within the Community Standards for Xbox. Disregard for these rules may result in the closure of your case review. Especially egregious violations may result in additional Xbox enforcement action.

Enforcement issues can only be resolved using the web site linked below the team no longer use the forums. When you open the web site you should be view enforcement actions against you from here you can raise a case review for the team to investigate further.

I got an enforcement action placed against me and I didn't do anything. It was issued at 5 am/EST and I logged off Xbox Live at 4 am. Why do I have enforcement action placed against me? I was in a Xbox Live party with my friends the whole night, I never
went into game chat. I'm also confused about the fact that it was enforced at 4:04 am/EST but I logged off before 4 am. I'm concerned that I will have enforcement action placed against me in the future again when I haven't done anything. I also can't apply
for a case review so I don't know what to do. I didn't do anything wrong or violate the Communications Policy of Xbox live. I could really use some assistance and would like this to get solved.

Then I would encourage you to use the
Xbox Enforcement web site and request a case review on the action taken against you.

If you reported this player then they will be investigated & action taken if needed.

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

You can check any enforcement action on your account on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.
