Why do we have to pay 10 euros to change our gamertag?

Why not ust put a limit of how many times you can change your username? Seems better unlike having to pay which is very dumb

I understand your point, it does seem like a better way to handle it.

The consensus is this is done for that reason (system abuse) and server costs.

As we are all users as well, we can only guess.

We do have a free one-time change, but after that, it is charged.

And by the way enforcement team GT change counts as your free GT change and you have to pay 10 euros to change it that's why my name now is KindJoey because I stopped giving money to the people who robbed me!
