    I am unable to disable the family safety feature even tho I am old enough, even if I tried pressing ask by email it just tells me something went wrong we are trying to fix it. Then what do i do?

    Your Xbox account age starts from the Date of Birth you entered when creating your profile online.

    Once you hit 18, it becomes an adult account automatically. Just make sure your birthday on the account is correct.

    If your Date of Birth is correct, try adding a payment method and billing information to your Microsoft Account.

    Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to update.

    If that still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support and provide the necessary information to validate your date of birth.

    Did you contact support to verify your age?

    To disable the Ask to Buy option, you need to be the Family Organizer.

    Please, access the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

    To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

    You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

    same answer, EA games require you to be 13 or older to play games online your only option is to wait til your old enough there is nothing else you can do, sorry.

    you have to be 13 years old or older to play ANY EA game online does not mater what any parental controls are set to, your only option is to wait till you turn 13.
