If I have been banned, then why won't Xbox tell me?

So I use Xbox app on PC and use the Game Bar, I often join Looking For Group posts on games I play. Recently I have had an issue where things would not pop up and I would see constant error messages when trying to do anything on Game Bar. Things like not letting me see my online profile when I click on it, not letting me view my recently played with, and finally - the weirdest of all the issues - if I close the Looking For Group section and open it up again whilst playing a game, I would be met with an error that essentially tells me that I have an active suspension. I haven't received a single email about a suspension and when I check the Xbox website it says that I have no active suspensions. I am on Windows 11 on a newly built PC and and I have already tried ending Game Bar from the Task Manager to try maybe restart it but it hasn't fixed this issue.

Any information on whether I have actually received a suspension and the reasoning for it would help me so much.

Additionally, guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

However, if you're seeing an error message that says you have an active suspension, it's possible that your account has been suspended.

As for the issues you're experiencing with the Game Bar, it's possible that these are related to the suspension or ban. Exactly, they won't even tell you why you were banned, so why would i go buy another xbox when they can just ban me again for what...i have NO idea!

Unfortunately, they won't.

They won't even tell you why your console has been banned. The only solution they'll give you is to buy a new xbox.

It wasn't banned when I got it! It was BRAND NEW and I played online with it! It got banned after about a week and a half and I don't know why! Microsoft just picked me out and banned my Xbox and they won't tell me why or send me a new one? It's so unfair?!
