    MW3 is not available for PC through Microsoft. You'd have to buy it somewhere else.

    Which Call of Duty did you purchase? They're not all available on PC through the Microsoft Store. What you purchased may be for the console.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with Call of Duty.

    Call of Duty HQ is a launcher for Call of Duty games which allows installation of compatible games without having them purchased first. While the MW3 Campaign and Multiplayer modes may be installed on your console, you'd still need to purchase the game to access them.

    May I ask if you have already done this?
