Roblox error with my child's account: "You cannot see content other people make because of...

If you are trying to start ROBLOX and you will see ERROR -> "To do this change settings. You cannot see content other people make because of how your account is set up", then you should do this:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Account.
3. If you want change your own account settings, skip to step 5. But if you want to change your child´s account settings then select Family.
4. Select your child's account to change settings.
5. Now select Privacy & online safety.
6. Select View details & customise.
7. Now go to "You can see and share content" and change it to Everybody.
8. Done, your child can now play Roblox.

But nowhere can i find the specific reference to number 7.

This particular error code occurs because most Roblox games require access to both online multiplayer games and user created content. The error code is typically encountered with child account that
is part of a Family account.

We're installed Roblox on Xbox one from the games. It installed properly but when trying to play we get the following errors:

- To do this, change a setting

You are unable to see content other people make because of how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com

- We then hit "Close" and get the following error:

- Unable to Join

The ROBLOX game you are trying to join is currently not available. Error Code: 103

- We don't know how to fix the error and to make the game work. Thank you in advance for your help.

Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with Xbox wherein



By the way, If you're getting the Error Code: 103 on a child account, it's quite probable that the privacy settings on the parent account have been adjusted to prevent material made by other community members. This is a crucial Roblox feature that is necessary when attempting to join other worlds.

If this is the cause of your issues, you can resolve them by logging into your Child account's privacy settings (from your Parent account) and turning on the feature that lets you see content that other people have created. Once you've completed this, you shouldn't have the same 103 error code while joining other Roblox worlds.

If you're not sure how to achieve this, just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Parent account on your Xbox One console, then select the My apps & games option from the dashboard menu.

2. Access the Settings option from the My Apps and Games menu.

3. Once within the Settings menu, pick the Child account that is having problems by scrolling down to the Family tab.

4. After you're in the Child account's Settings menu, select the Custom template (under Privacy) to begin customizing the privacy settings.

5. Next, access the entry for "See content other people make" by scrolling through the privacy option in the carousel.
