Xbox rewards page not working

    Xbox rewards page not working


    Ever since rewards updated on January 7th, Xbox rewards has been not working properly. It says I have zero points, does not show my goal or any of the quests, and it isn't appearing anymore in the Xbox app. I have to go to the rewards website to check how many points I have.

    You'll want to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

    Keep in mind, if you are under 18, you will no longer be able to use Xbox Rewards.

    My "Thanks for Sharing" Microsoft Rewards email doesn't work.

    Microsoft rewards is separate from Xbox Live Rewards. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards and therefore the staff here are unable to assist you. You will want to reach out to Microsoft rewards. You can contact them on the redemption page, near the bottom
    of the page.
