Rented movie not showing up

I understand that you are currently experiencing an issue with your rented movies not showing up in Xbox One Movies Anywhere

Regarding your problem, you can try the following steps first:

• Log out of the account and log in again: Log out of the current account in Movies Anywhere, and then try to log in again. There may be a problem that the purchased movie has not been detected yet.
  
• Uninstall Movies Anywhere and reinstall: Check whether the current program is the latest version. There may be an old version of the program that cannot be displayed normally.
  

In addition, whether it has been more than 24 hours since your purchase, you need to wait for a while

Hello? I only rented those movies for the points. Please help! The.movies are showing up in my purchases but no points.

The notification showed up because the app updated. If timelines doesn't work for local disc plays, chances are it's for movies purchased or rented using the app.

Only issue I have with xbox video is there no longer seems to be a section for renting.

You can seemingly only rent if the option appears on the movie or show you have selected.

Or of course if the last chance rentals tile shows up which is typical beginning and end week of the month.

I rent movies more often than purchase and I always choose xbox video over any third party.. But this is slightly frustrating and steering me away.

My xbox video will not let me rent movies just keeps showing change payment and I did and it will not let me rent what's going on
